1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to District Custom Printing Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website (districtcustomprinting.com) (“Site”) and purchasing our custom printing apparel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Account Registration
You may create an account to place orders or request quotes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
3. Quotation, Orders & Approvals
Quotes: Submit artwork and product selection via the request form. We provide a digital mockup and price estimate.
Approval Required: Production begins only once you approve the design and submit payment.
Pricing Changes: Quotes are valid for the specified time window. If not accepted within that timeframe (e.g., 7 days), prices or timelines may change.
4. Production & Delivery
Production Timeline: After approval and payment, expect delivery within 10 business days unless otherwise agreed. Local pickup may be available.
Shipping: Unless stated otherwise, items will be shipped via standard delivery. Tracking details will be provided when applicable.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to you once the items are delivered to the carrier.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, cancellations or returns are accepted only in cases of printing errors or defects.
Approval Releases: By approving your design mockup, you accept final quality—no free reprints unless we made an error.
Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact us with details and photos within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Payment Terms
We accept payments as outlined during the quote process. Must be received in full before production starts. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, including duties for international shipping.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Artwork: You retain ownership of any submitted artwork. By submitting it, you confirm you have the necessary rights to use it.
Our Work: We may use your completed designs as examples of our work, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order or creating an account, you accept the terms of our privacy practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site and services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
